We have sold several properties with many different realtors. I would highly recommend Josh Pieper as he was so on top of every detail, kept us informed promptly of any changes, very knowledgeable of the real estate market, and gave us his honest and sincere opinion on all transactions. We started talking with Josh in January 2024 and let him know we weren't planning on buying until late 2025. He kept in touch with us and was very understanding and patient. We ended up starting to look at houses in December 2024 and found something we really liked even though we hadn't planned on it. He was so awesome during the whole process after we decided to put in an offer - guiding us through each step and always being there with answers to any questions that we had. He provided us with all of the options along the way and allowed us to make our own decisions. Some realtors will try to push the deal through, but Josh wasn't like that at all. We had several points where we almost backed out, but he was always understanding. In the end everything worked out and Josh continued to work with us through the rest of the process until the closing was complete. Where do we begin. We started this process about a year ago deciding when the best time to list our home would be, with Joshua as our guide we stepped into this unsure but trusting this process. Joshua offered us realistic facts of the current market and a wealth of information to move forward. Joshua made everything easy to understand and represented us very well.
